At Mathaniya Organic Masale, we strive to provide high-quality organic spices and traditional food products. Due to the nature of consumable goods, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since we deal in food and consumable items, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is defective or expired

We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the product and packaging

  • Share your order number and contact details

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Replacement Policy

If preferred, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Prepaid cancelled orders will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Delivery attempt failed due to customer unavailability

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

  • Delay caused by courier partners

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
