5. Orders & Payments

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photo proof may be required.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
